Blue Note Bakery is owned & operated by Angela Jiles, Professional Pastry Chef & 1993 Graduate of Johnson & Wales University, who has been the pastry chef for such places as Dell Computers, Vespaio, and Moose's in San Francisco. She loves to design & make chocolate sculptures & truffles. Blue Note Bakery has an extensive repertoire that includes the finest specialty desserts, cakes, & breads. And of course we make jazzy little chocolates of the most impeccable taste & quality.
